In the course of one of the most stressful years of my life, when I was fighting Type II Diabetic, I used to be diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

Before I actually had visited the Rheumatologist, I thought it was just joint ailments and a touch of arthritis, since I was entering my 40's and thought it was to be expected. However, when the pain of chaotic electric shocks commenced affecting all of my body, I sought the help of any professional. It was learning to be a debilitating condition that has been affecting my personal and professional life.

For many years after I actually was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I had recently been prescribed the subsequent:

Gabapentin
Cmybalta
Piroxicam
Lyrica
Tramadol
Baclofen
Steroid shots in the neck and shoulder area
In addition to at one point, I was on 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 concurrently.
The pain was still present and the part influences of the medications made my brain so foolish, I could hardly focus at work, affecting my livelihood and income.

I used to be on all of these pills and still in excruciating pain. Exactly why? What was the point? For a while, I had my girl to help with the chores and help me dress, but after my daughter moved out there, I hired a nurse to assist dress and wash and professional cleaning service to help with the chores.

Shortly after the last anabolic steroid shot, I made a bold decision to halt ALL of the medications. Absolutely nothing was working and my quality of life was terrible. My Rheumatologist was not happy to the least.

I actually slowly weened personally off of the medicines and sought the help of a All-natural doctor I got heard so much about. This is where I learned how to use spices or herbs to heal my body as well as how to live a chemical-free life on an organic diet.

I thought I used to be eating healthy, but I was not. I think that having instant oats for breakfast was good for me, and a lean cuisine or healthy choice frozen entrée for lunch was healthy for the body. Dinner was usually a Zaxby's salad drenched in fattening dressings. I was also using saccharin sweeteners in my oatmeal, coffee and non-sugar cereals. The lady cringed when We told her that last one. Anordna!

I learned a lot from her about chemicals in processed and iced foods and started only eating foods that I made from scratch with fresh ingredients, using the spice blends that were healing for high sugars and inflammation. Some of the spices are:

Turmeric
Ginger
Cinnamon
Cayenne pepper
Surface Clove
Sage
Rosemary
Curry powder
Oregano
I also no longer eat red meat and reduce starches altogether, except if it is 'cheat day' only one item allowed - I quickly can't hold out to get a sandwich with bread. Yummm! L
In addition, she instructed me to cook everything in a wok using organic coconut oil. Most of my lunches are either beans or a tasty salad with Annies organic and natural dressing. For dinner, I actually am usually cooking up Asian repas with boneless and skinless chicken, prawn, or scallops, vegetable blends, Thai jasmine rice or Asian rice noodles, and yummy sauces.

I additionally learned foods that make you 'feel' full, such as coffee beans, any kind, dark, kidney, etc. and cook those with the spice combination as well. I find that sautéed kale (with coconut oil and liven blend) also floods me up!

I additionally found comfort in CBD oil, which contributed to some of the chronic pain, and allowed me personally to restart my exercise routine, that we sorely missed for more than four years. Possessing a home gym makes it easy to jump on whenever and my Fitbit motivates me by logging my steps and workouts and cheering me on once I complete personal goals.

In addition, I have found the reassurance of essential olive oil blends that lower my anxiety, urge for food and relieve pain. I have a whole shelf of real oils to treat almost everything!

Nowadays, I am still prescription drug-free and possess lost over 35 lbs. I still have pain, but it is much less severe and will not cripple me in my personal and professional life. And although managing all of these methods is a full-time job by itself, it's well worth it to me.
